Welcome to the world of Delanith. The world of Delanith existed before it was ever given a proper name. It was originally created when I was in the hospital various times for a birth defect as a place I could go to in my mind to be anything I wanted to. Over the years it has evolved from that however it remains a place you can escape to and be whoever and whatever you want. We are currently on our forth year so Server 4 has the information on the current world.


Its unique blend of magic and science from the collision of two worlds allows you to pick and choose everything you want for your character. If you want to be a gadget based fighter zooming around the world with a grapple hook, or a powerful mage casting flaming death down upon his foes, or even a genetic experiment gone wrong with super human powers, you can. Its a place made to escape into and share an experience with friends and family alike.


We cater to everyone from the beginning newbie to the old veteran roleplayer. You enter the world through the viewpoint of the character. You come up with an original character or even make one based off yourself and create a bio and a back story to it. Then post it in the bios section and a friendly bio mod will come in and green flag it or work on it with you. Once your character has the green flag you enter the world. You can start where ever you want. Make a board or jump into a going thread people usually won't mind another friendly hand. You can even have 10 different characters if you want.


The name Delanith actually comes from Delania, which is a name of an island within the world. I came up the name by feeding random text through a word filter until I had something I liked. I hope you all enjoy being Delanians and exploring this rich and vibrant world.


Also note the world isn't static every user has the ability to change and shape it through their interactions through the world. Because of this ever changing trend we reset the world at a new base every year on November 10th the sites birthday. During the year the main admins will run five site plots that tend to include giant world changing events, and members can change and shape the world through their actions. It all leads up to an exciting conclusion where your pitted against or wielding the very forces of Beelzebub and his demonic minions yourself.


I personally thank all of you for your interest in this site. And to members or those joining, for bringing me hours of entertainment, enjoyment, and most of all for bringing my original fantasy to the world it is today. I couldn't have done it without all of you.
